WHERE DO YOU BLOG?
I'm not a full time blogger. In fact, I'm hardly even a part-time blogger, so this is where I blog/pore over the hundreds of wonderful blogs that are out on the world wide web. Sometimes I'm sitting on the left side of the couch and when things get really intense I'll be sitting on the right side. There is a very outdated map of the world behind me and it has come in handy twice in the past five months. I say that's one useful decorative item! Besides being the only couch/office-y area in our tiny apartment, this spot is also conveniently located by our only source of natural light, making it prime real-estate for some serious less-than-part-time blogging.

I will eventually have my craftroom for blogging once all the wedding items are out of that space. There is a massive window almost from floor to ceiling. But most of the times I am either using the kitchen counter to dinner table. We have the same sofa but in charcoal...
ReplyDeletethat map would look so much cooler if you would crumple it up, throw it in a container of dirty water, splatter some ink stains on it, burn some of the edges..

I'm more of a left hand side of the couch kind of girl. But when I'm feeling crazy I'll move to the right side. I think those are literally the only two places I have blogged.

julia - i salvaged that map when i was in 4th grade from my elementary school when it was being remodeled. i've literally dragged it through seven moves before it found it's home on my wall. I think it's from the 60's.

That map is so bright! I like it! I usually blog at our desk computer at home, but sometimes I use the laptop (affectionately called "Mackey) on the couch. When I am feeling reeeeeally wild and crazy I take Mackey to work and blog during my lunch break. ;o)

ReplyDeleteI write my own blog posts mainly from bed...I usually write them the night before. But I read blogs all day every day. In class, during lunch, at coffee shops, etc. I'm obsessed and feel disconnected if I don't read my favorites all day long.
sheesh, you're making me want to get dressed and put on a little make-up, as I am currently blogging in pajama shorts with some crazy bedhead. I did move from the couch to the kitchen table, so at least that's something ;)
